Welcome to Rangeen Walls. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of rangeenwalls.pk and your purchase of products from us. By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Our Products

We sell handmade Islamic calligraphy and wall-mounted frames. Because our items are crafted by hand, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are natural and not considered defects. Product images are for reference and the final piece may differ slightly.

2. Prices & Availability

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We may update prices and product availability at any time without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will inform you and offer an alternative or a refund.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. We accept Cash on Delivery, debit/credit cards, and mobile wallets (such as Easypaisa and JazzCash). We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan, usually within 3–5 business days. Shipping is free on orders over Rs. 5,000. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier or location factors. Custom pieces may take longer to prepare.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy on unused items in their original condition. Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty. To start a return, contact us with your order details. Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

6. Custom Orders

For custom calligraphy, you are responsible for confirming the text, spelling, and design before production begins. Once approved and made, custom items are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including designs, images, logos, and text — belongs to Rangeen Walls and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from the use of our Site or products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
